How To Claim a Refund (Refund Policy)

You must claim a refund within 7 days of your service.

1. Please email or contact us at 0916-213-7484 to request a refund and we will get back to you promptly.

2. Our Branch Personnel are NOT ALLOWED to settle damaged items or process refund claims.

3. Include also in your claim a signed letter stating the reason for your refund and the original receipt.

Refund Claim Exceptions

Papa Ged’s Wash ‘n Go Laundromat cannot be responsible for weak, defective and adulterated materials or dyes not obvious prior to processing.

We also do not guarantee to stain removal. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of buttons, ornaments and other objects fastened to the garments.

Our company assume no liability in case of fire or loss through force majeur.

Articles not claimed within 30 days will be charged double and articles not claimed witihin 60 days will be sold to satisfy chargers.

Inspect articles before leaving Papa Ged’s Wash ‘n Go Laundromat. Otherwise claim for refund, damages, shortages, etc. will not be honored.

Garments that has been worn, used, or altered after the service will not be accepted for refund claims.
